Baltic Family Capital (https://balticfamily.capital), a permanent equity owner of high-quality SMEs in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, is seeking interns for the summer of 2025. We offer 2-3 month full-time paid internships starting in June. Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis.
We are looking for Finance / Economics undergraduates who are passionate about long-term investing. We look for investment opportunities that can deliver 100x returns over 25 years. If that sounds a lot, that’s the outcome of compounding at 20%. We model ourselves on firms like Berkshire Hathaway, Danaher and LIFCO.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse potential acquisition targets across the Baltic region
- Perform market analysis
- Contact business owners
- Build investment cases
- Most importantly, learn!
Requirements
- Proactive and energetic, with a passion for investing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Highly responsible and able to work autonomously
- Experienced in financial analysis and modeling
- Fluent in English and one of Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian languages
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Bonus points for familiarity with outreach tools and AI tools that improve workflow
About Baltic Family Capital
Baltic Family Capital is the region’s first and only “permanent equity” investor. Our sole aim is to sustainably compound cash flows by acquiring, and keeping high quality businesses. We focus on companies with €500K to €5M in EBITDA with resilient business models.
