Sales Development Representative

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the ultimate conversation starters and opportunity creators. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking their curiosity and showing them why Whatagraph is the go-to platform for their marketing intelligence.

💼 What will you actually be doing?

• Researching & Prospecting: You’ll hunt for potential customers, uncovering businesses that could truly benefit from Whatagraph.
• Connecting & Engaging: Through calls, emails, and social media, you’ll start conversations with digital marketing professionals in the US, Europe and Asia.
• Discovery Calls: Your mission? To book qualified meetings for our Account Executives by identifying businesses that are a perfect fit.
• Hitting (and crushing) targets: Your success will be measured by how many quality discovery calls you secure and your outreach activity levels.

• SDR Team Lead, Kipras, who’ll support and mentor you to hit your goals.
• Our Account Executives in the Netherlands – you’ll work in a winning international tandem.
• Our SDRs – they’ll cheer you on, train with you, and help you through tough days.

📍 Location & Hours

You’ll work from our office in Vilnius, Lithuania, in a hybrid 4+1 setting, 10:00-19:00.

🎯 What does it take to succeed?

We’re looking for someone driven and ready to hunt:

• 1+ years in sales (B2B or B2C). You’ve cold-called, pitched, and successfully hit targets before. Bonus points if you loved it!
• Coachable & hungry to learn. You take feedback like a champ and are always improving your approach.
• Top-tier communication skills. You can write an email that gets a reply and hold a phone conversation that actually excites the person on the other end.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. You’ll be talking to global clients!
• Resilient & goal-driven. You push through challenges, and don’t back down.
• Competitive spirit. You love winning and hitting targets.
