Platform Billing Intern

Our Billing Internship Program offers a hands-on opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience in financial operations in a tech company, specifically focusing on billing processes. This 6-month program provides exposure to the latest billing software and tools, helping interns build strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The internship is designed for individuals eager to learn about internet advertising specifics, billing systems, accounting practices, and financial management in a professional setting.

By attending Billing Internship program you will learn about the complete Adform products billing flow, will collaborate across several cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will gain basic knowledge of accounts receivables principles, build understanding of the client life cycle, and most importantly – get practical experience by stepping into Billing Specialist shoes and assisting with different tasks.

After completing Billing Internship Program, you will have beginner level functional knowledge as well as some practical experience allowing to take further steps in building careers in the accounts receivables field.

• Gain a high-level understanding of the AdTech industry and its operational landscape;

• Develop hands-on experience with key tools including Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other internal programs;

• Become familiar with client onboarding processes and administrative workflows within billing systems;

• Learn how to prepare and analyze billing reports for a diverse client base;

• Take responsibility as an approver of invoices received from Adform clients;

• Provide support in uploading Adform invoices to external client portals.
