Performance Creative Designer Internship

About opportunity
Tingit – Performance Creative Designer Internship
Tingit is a fast-growing DTC brand doing two things at once: a shop selling textile and shoe care products across Europe, and a repair marketplace in France as qwell as Lithuania, connecting people with vetted artisans. We’re a fast moving company, and we run performance ads across multiple markets and languages. Our creative is the growth engine – which means the person making it matters a lot.
We’re looking for an ambitious intern who wants to learn how performance creative actually works. Someone who wants to figure out what to make and why – and then find out within a week whether they were right.
Get ready to learn
- Design static/video performance ads for Meta and Google.
- Own your creatives end to end. Research the product, the audience, and the market, form your own point of view, and build from there. The idea happens in your head.
- Take an angle and develop 3–5 distinct creative directions instead of executing one fixed idea.
- Iterate on winners – learn what to change and what to leave untouched when scaling a proven ad, and how small variations compound into real performance gains.
- Use AI tools to move faster – automate the repetitive production work and multiply your output without losing quality. Work smarter, not harder.
- Run competitive research – track what other brands in the category are shipping and build a reference library of what works.
- Read the data – figure out which ads are winning, dig into why, and turn that into your next round of creative.
- Work across EU and US markets – see how the same product needs completely different treatment depending on the audience.
- Plan creative strategy together with media buyers and the Head of Creatives.
We expect you to
- Have some design foundation – studying design, marketing, or self-taught, we don’t care which. Show us you can put a visual together.
- Be comfortable in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or whatever your tool of choice is.
- Be comfortable or curious to work with AI tools.
- Have initiative above everything else. You’ll get direction, feedback, and support – not step-by-step instructions.
- Be curious about why things work, not just how to make them look good.
- Not be afraid of numbers. You don’t need to know analytics yet, but you should want to.
- Have good English (we work in English, French, and Lithuanian – extra languages are a plus, not a requirement).
- Be genuinely fine with failing. Most ads lose. That’s the job. The good ones come from volume and iteration.
What you’ll walk away with
Real performance creative experience – not just design skills, but the judgment to know why an ad converts. You’ll have a portfolio of ads that ran with actual budget behind them, and you’ll understand the numbers behind every one.
You’ll also get something harder to find: experience inside a tech startup working on international markets. You’ll become a designer who understands performance, data, and AI tooling – not just aesthetics.

Send your portfolio and one static ad concept for any Tingit product. It doesn’t need to be perfect – we want to see how you think, not how long you can polish.
