About Montelux
Montelux is a fintech company based in Vilnius, reinventing financial services for both
businesses and individuals. We combine tailored customer service with cutting-edge
technology to simplify international financial operations.

What you’ll do
You’ll take an active role in shaping Montelux’s marketing and growth strategy, with a
broad and impactful scope. Working closely with the founders, Head of Sales and UX
Designer, you’ll have full ownership of your topics, with transversal responsibilities and
visible impact.

Marketing Strategy
• Define and lead Montelux’s global marketing strategy
• Structure and prioritize marketing actions to support both B2B and B2C growth
• Set up workflows in HubSpot to track leads, automate follow-ups, and analyze the
effectiveness of our marketing efforts

Growth & Acquisition
• Propose and test acquisition actions (cold emails, SEO, landing pages, etc.)
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Use HubSpot to segment audiences, personalize sequences, and optimize the conversion funnel

Branding & Content
• Ensure brand consistency across all media (web, social, print)
• Create impactful communication and sales materials using Figma
• Contribute to content writing (posts, articles, email campaigns)

• You’re autonomous, curious and love to test, iterate and build
• You’re comfortable with Figma (design) and Notion (organization)
• You’re eager to understand how a real startup works from the inside
• You’re detail-oriented and want to grow fast in a challenging but supportive environment

Internship Details
– Location: Vilnius (on-site only)
– Starting from: September
– Duration: 6 months
– Compensation: Based on profile
