Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time, paid internship for a Fleet Breakdown Coordinator based on-site in Vilnius. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of fleet repair processes, manage communication between fleet managers and repair workshops, track service progress, and help ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities also include supporting customer service interactions and maintaining accurate records for operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Interest in Operations Management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; Russian/Polish languages are a plus
- Relevant experience or a background in logistics, transportation, or a related field is advantageous
