About the Role
📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide insightful, high-quality analysis to support management decisions across finance and operations.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and regular performance reviews.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for both Management and Group stakeholders.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and technical teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and suggest improvement actions.
- Build, refine, and enhance financial and management reporting tools.
- Support ad-hoc financial tasks and projects when needed.
What We’re Looking For
📌 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or similar roles.
- Good understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts.
- Experience with financial modelling, strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent MS Excel capabilities and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English—clear, structured, and effective.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Nice to have: Experience working with Power BI or other BI tools.

Gross Salary
- 📌 From €2,200/month + Q bonus, depending on your experience and skill level.
