As a Direct Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll…
… work closely with business stakeholders and the marketing team to plan, prioritize, and ensure the timely delivery of best-in-class direct customer communications across channels such as self-service, app, newsletters, and SMS. You will take ownership of the communication delivery process, with the opportunity to continuously improve and optimize it. Your responsibilities will include managing campaign planning and execution across various channels, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance targeting strategies, aligning audience segments to ensure consistent messaging, and monitoring as well as reporting on campaign performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for demand management, helping to balance incoming communication requests and prioritize them based on business value and customer impact.
Who we are looking for
The suitable candidate will have an academic background in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, and/or prior experience in customer communications, CRM, marketing, or campaign coordination—internship experience counts too. Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint as well as analytical skills will be needed in interpreting campaign data and performance metrics. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe Campaign would be an advantage. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves working with various stakeholders across teams. Additionally, strong organizational abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment will be key to success in this role. Solid Lithuanian and English language skills are also necessary for the position.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1700- 2300 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
