AAI Labs is a diverse team of ML professionals creating custom AI solutions for government and private sector clients.

This 3-month Business Associate Internship will play an integral part in the success of our commercial team. It offers an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to participate in building and growing our business.

Unlike traditional internships, we have designed this program to give you exposure to multiple business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development, interacting with both public and private sector clients.

Based on your performance and where you shine brightest, there will be an opportunity to join our team full-time in a specialized role after the internship period.

During your 3-month internship, you will:

• Work alongside our commercial and technical teams on a variety of projects
• Support sales initiatives, including lead generation and customer relationship management
• Assist with marketing activities, content creation, and campaign analysis
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
• Help develop processes to streamline operations
• Track and report on key metrics using business software tools

What we’re looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills (both required)
• Critical thinking, a high level of independence and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have:

• International experience (studies abroad or similar) is a plus
• Field of studies does not matter – we value potential and mindset over specific degrees
