We are opening a position for an Analyst to join our Baltic office in Vilnius.

Your Role

As an Analyst at iVC, you will not sit on the sidelines. You will work directly with founders, CFOs, and senior tax leaders across Europe and the US. This is a high-ownership role within a small team.

In this role, you will help design, implement, and document international transfer pricing structures, gaining a practical understanding of how global companies organise their operations across countries. You will analyse business models and value chains to understand where and how value is created, and translate complex financial, legal, and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll also build financial models and prepare presentations, analyses, and documentation that are used in real client discussions.

This is a role that demands precision, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure. In return, it offers steep learning, early responsibility, and direct exposure to high-level client work within a fast-growing, AI-enabled consultancy.

Our Expectations For You

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Tax Law, or a related field;
• You have initial work experience, preferably in consultancy, transfer pricing, international tax, accountancy, or financial analysis;
• You are interested in investment management / digital businesses / high growth start-up world;
• You like working in an international environment and thrive in a dynamic and informal work culture;
• You love working with complex issues and finding simple solutions;
• You are fluent in English (verbally and written). Knowledge of the Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian / Polish language is not essential but would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ease of use of other MS Office tools
