AAI Labs is a diverse team of ML professionals creating custom AI solutions for government and private sector clients.

We are looking for Business Associates to join our operations and programme teams on a part-time basis. No prior experience is needed, what matters is a structured mind, strong communication skills, and the drive to take ownership of real business tasks from day one.

This is a role for university students who want hands-on exposure to how an AI company operates, across functions like public affairs, marketing, research partnerships, and project coordination. You won’t be fetching coffee or filling spreadsheets — you’ll be doing work that directly supports how we communicate, collaborate, and grow.

What you’ll do:

• Support public affairs activities, including drafting press releases, preparing public communications, and helping manage AAI Labs’ external presence.
• Assist with marketing activities, content creation, and campaign analysis.
• Help build and maintain relationships with universities and research institutions, supporting partnership development and academic collaboration.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Help develop processes to streamline operations.
• Track and report on key metrics using business software tools.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently a university student, any field of study.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, a high level of independence, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• International experience (studies abroad or similar) is a plus.
