About the Role

📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide insightful, high-quality analysis to support management decisions across finance and operations.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, planning, and regular performance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for both Management and Group stakeholders.
  • Work closely with finance, accounting, and technical teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and suggest improvement actions.
  • Build, refine, and enhance financial and management reporting tools.
  • Support ad-hoc financial tasks and projects when needed.

What We’re Looking For

📌 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or similar roles.
  • Good understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts.
  • Experience with financial modelling, strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent MS Excel capabilities and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English—clear, structured, and effective.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with Power BI or other BI tools.

Gross Salary

  • 📌 From €2,200/month + Q bonus, depending on your experience and skill level.
