Analyst Consultant

About the Opportunity
At Gooliver, you will contribute to challenging projects and transformations, supporting clients in reaching their goals. As an Analyst Consultant, you will be involved in research, analysis, solution design, and project delivery while continuously developing your expertise and taking on greater responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery in line with client and organizational goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to generate insights for transformations and strategy development.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables to a high standard.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, senior consultants, and clients.
• Assist in workshop facilitation, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to identifying process improvements and innovative approaches.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Academic background in fields such as business, economics, public policy, social sciences, or related domains, with top academic grades or demonstrated excellence.
• Interest and / or experience in areas such as strategy, customer experience, fintech, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure complex information.
• Knowledge or curiosity about AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork mindset, openness to learning, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Fluent Lithuanian language is mandatory.*
