About Chargemont

Chargemont is a chargeback management solution built for ecommerce businesses. We help merchants reduce chargeback rates and win more disputes through a combination of automation, optimized strategies, and human expertise.

Our clients are high-growth brands in digital products and ecommerce. We’re looking for a Summer Intern to support and scale our chargeback operations. This is a high-impact role – ideal for someone who wants hands-on startup experience, team management exposure, and a fast-track into ecommerce and fintech operations.

🚀 What You’ll Do

In your first weeks, you’ll:

• Learn about ecommerce, payment processing and chargebacks
• Get familiar with the tools we use (CRMs, dashboards, SOPs, etc.)
• Assist in documenting and improving internal workflows, templates, and SOPs
• Learn how new clients are onboarded

By the end of the internship, you’ll be able to:

• Manage the daily operations of our chargeback support team
• Participate in Strategy Sessions
• Oversee onboarding and setup for new clients
• Build internal documentation and suggest strategic improvements to our workflows
• Present weekly performance reports to the Operations Manager
• Assist in building automation tools for our business and clients

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Are highly organized and love process
• Have strong communication skills (in English) – both with clients and internal staff
• Are confident managing remote teams and giving clear instructions
• Are curious about ecommerce, payments, fintech
• Are reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Can work full-time (or nearly full-time) for June – August
• Bonus: experience with Excel / Google Sheets, Notion, Clickup, or CRM tools
