Chargemont is a chargeback management solution built for ecommerce businesses. We help merchants reduce chargeback rates and win more disputes through a combination of automation, optimized strategies, and human expertise.

Our clients are high-growth brands in digital products and ecommerce. We’re now looking for a Summer Intern to support and scale our business development and client acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role – perfect for someone eager to learn B2B sales, outreach strategy, and how to land real clients in a startup environment.

🚀 What You’ll Do

In your first weeks, you’ll:

  • Learn how ecommerce merchants manage payments and chargebacks
  • Understand our service offering
  • Get trained on LinkedIn outreach, email strategy, and CRM usage
  • Start building lead lists and draft first-contact messages

As you progress, you’ll:

  • Manage outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Track and report performance metrics on outreach efforts
  • Join intro/demo calls with potential clients
  • Collaborate on refining scripts, sequences, and targeting criteria
  • Learn how to qualify and convert leads for long-term success

  • Are curious about ecommerce, payments, and B2B sales
  • Are structured, persistent, and results-driven
  • Can work full-time (or nearly full-time) for June–August
