Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Manager to join our growing procurement team. In this role, you will support the purchasing operations by sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement through our platform.

 

The position is designed as a growth opportunity — after 3 months of achieving set performance targets, you will be promoted to Purchase Manager with an expanded scope of responsibility, increased salary, and quarterly performance bonuses.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is eager to grow into a senior position quickly, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers across various product categories.
• Support the procurement process by handling communications, inquiries, and negotiations with suppliers.
• Analyze purchasing data and supplier performance to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product needs and procurement priorities.
• Ensure timely order placements and follow-ups to avoid delays or stockouts.
• Monitor and maintain product availability and order accuracy within our B2B platform.
• Meet defined targets within the first 3 months to qualify for promotion to Purchase Manager.

 

Qualifications

• Some experience or strong interest in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
• B2B or marketplace experience is a bonus, but not required.

• Initial Role: Junior Purchase Manager
• Gross Salary (First 3 Months): €1,200 – €1,800
• Promotion Opportunity: Eligible for promotion to Purchase Manager
